  13. Xtici is an X Window Systems client that is based on the Xcms 
  14. enhancement in X11R5 and the TekColor(TM) Human Interface. The
  15. TekColor Human Interface is part of the TekColor Color Management
  16. System which is licensed by Tektronix, Inc.  The Xcms API Specification 
  17. and implementation is available through the MIT X Consortium.  
  18.  
  19. Xtici provides users with tools to specify, define, edit and manipulate
  20. colors using the TekHVC(TM) color space.  This interface is practical and
  21. easy to use.  The X Window System version is ICCCM compliant.  Xtici
  22. should provide users with new functionality in color management within
  23. the X Window System.  A similar system has proved very useful in the
  24. Macintosh environment.
